The purpose of this article is to provide a new vision of property management service, telecare, with new technology to improve their service quality. Most of the telecare technology was developed in recent years. The related policy was promoted in U.K., USA, and Japan. In Taiwan, it is responsible by the Department of Health (DOH) and Industrial Research Institute (ITRI). The challenge of telecare is not only in the policy and regulation, but also in the technological aspect. However, it is benefit for the related industry such as the medical care, nursing service, and other information technology. For the property management specialist, telecare is a challenge for enhancing its capability and service for more diversified population. |
