The purpose of this article is to provide a detailed description of long-term care and the opportunity for property management, senior housing. The Department of Health (DOH) of Taiwan is now promoting the long-term care plan. This plan involves a lot of living space planning and services Management. Property management practitioners have to think about how to find the opportunity to play in the coming years. This paper discusses of the definition of long-term care and describe about the related issues in Taiwan. The category of service which a property management company were also introduced. Finally, the ways to promote the professional property management technology in this area were suggested.
