隨著中國物業管理產業的逐步發展，行業對於物業人才的需求逐漸凸顯出其自身的特點。社會對物業管理低端和中高端人才的不同需求，促使學校不得不深入思考人才需求的應對方案；另一方面，由於高考應試人數呈逐年下降的趨勢，將來物業管理行業對於人才的爭奪戰不可避免。如何面對日益變化的人才需求，加深校企之間的合作，促進物業管理產業的良性發展是本文探討的主要內容。

Along with the estate management industry's gradual development in China, the profession highlights its own characteristic gradually regarding the estate management talented person's demand. The different demand of the estate management low-end and the high-end talented person in society, urges the school to be able not but to ponder thoroughly the deals with the plan. On the other hand, because the number of college entrance examination assumes the tendency which drops year by year, in the future the estate management profession will be inevitable regarding talented person's contest. Day by day how to face the talented person demand which changes, deepen the cooperation between school and enterprise, the promotion estate management industry benign development is the primary coverage which this article discusses.
