如何防範台灣因天災或人禍所造成的人力物力損失至最低,乃是台灣社會必須正視的議題。台灣地理環境特殊,多項天然災害頻發,從教育紮根防災的認識與相關具體作為,便成為教育的內容要項。鑑於前述,教育部執行「防災科技教育深耕實驗研發計畫」近十餘年,從幼兒園至大學教育等階段,分階段研發並建構防災教育指標、教材內容,以及數位資料等。本研究係以前述深耕實驗研發計畫之子計畫「幼兒園防災教育教材編修與推廣計畫」為基礎,採問卷調查方式,以教師為填答對象,期能獲得幼兒園實施防災教育實施的即時資訊,了解幼兒實施防災教育的問題與相關建議等,補實對幼兒園防災教育實施的現況理解,以為教材開發與研擬相關教育對策之參。本研究採自編「臺灣幼兒園防災教育實施現況調查問卷」,問卷內容包含「課程內容與實施」、「師資」、「環境」,以及「問題與因應」等4層面計15大題,以2009年11月至2010年5月為調查期間,發送對象包含全國北、中、南、東等四區共計12縣市之公私立幼兒園現職教師,累計有效樣本數計702份。調查結果經次數分析,開放式問題採內容分析,研究結果主要有10,並提出8項研究建議供幼兒園教師與教育對策制訂者之參,未來期能建置幼兒園防災教育實施現況資料庫,隨時更新並掌握教師實施防災教育之實況,落實防災教育的推動與紮根。

英文摘要

How to guard of natural or human disasters caused in Taiwan to a minimum should be addressed. Cause of the unique geographical environment, a number of natural disasters, disaster prevention education should be rooted from early childhood education. In view of the foregoing, the Ministry of Education implement "disaster prevention and technical education program deep plowing experiment" over the past decade, from kindergarten to university education stage, phased development and construction of disaster prevention education indicators, the teaching materials, and digital information. Deep plowing of this study was to the aforementioned development plan project on " early childhood education materials developing and promotion of disaster prevention plan" as the basis of questionnaire survey to teachers Respondents object, the implementation of real-time information to understand the implementation of disaster prevention education in early childhood education and related recommendations, etc., filled the implementation of the Kindergarten disaster prevention education to understand the status, and propose suggestions to the teaching material development and relevant educational participation. This study was designed "An investigation of disaster prevention education implementation in kindergarten, "questionnaire was included" course content and implementation," "teacher", "environment", and "Problems and Solutions" , four levels will be 15 major issues, the survey was implemented to November 2009 to May 2010. The questionnaires were send to objects that contains in northern, central, southern, and eastern counties of the four districts, a total of 12 counties' public and private kindergarten teachers, cumulative total 702 samples were valid. Frequency analysis was used to the survey, open questions were used content analysis. Ten results and eight suggestions were proposed.
