都市中任一大廈,每年定期的生活與商業服務需求,皆具有物業管理之商機。而透過聯合採購方式,以量制價,除提供住戶物美價廉之需求品外,亦提升物業管理服務品質。然聯合採購既已具有以量制價之優勢,為何無法全面性落實於公寓大廈中?本研究將針對「東京都物業管理機構」於高雄範圍內之「已辦理」案場,透過問卷設計與訪談,了解目前辦理公寓大廈聯合採購項目時遭遇之困難與問題點。 |

Any mansion in the city, every year periodical life and the need of the business service, all have the business opportunities of property management. And buy a way through the consociation to measure system price, in addition to providing the inhabitant with the of good quality but inexpensive need article, also promote the property management service quality. However the consociation buy since have already had with quantity system price of advantage, why can't be comprehensive Be carried out to apartment of in the mansion? This research will aim at "Tokyos property management organization", case field is at"have already carried out" in scope in Kaohsiung. Through the questionnaire design and the interview, understand the difficulty and point in issue of situation while carrying out an apartment mansion to unite purchase item currently. |
