近年來物業管理教育相當重視個案教學(case method)的應用,其主要特點在從描述一個真實或虛擬的情境脈絡中,給予學習者置身其中參與推理、分析和解決問題的機會,以啓發學生學習動機與問題解決的能力。然而,目前個案資料庫多數只有提供個案文本與決策點,教師在實際教學時,仍須自行設計如何引導學生進入個案狀況、提示關鍵決策點的矛盾或進退兩難之處、設計具討論性和挑戰性的問題、以及引導評價等教學策略與方法。本研究將分析與設計一個案例與教案交流為媒介的網路平台,除了基本的個案教學資源交流機制外,特別設計模擬具有社交網路功能的互動模式,激勵教師分享與討論個案教學的經驗與問題,達成教學知識分享與加值的效果,以增進教師教學知識與專業發展。同時,使用物業節能減碳相關能源教育之個案為例,發展相關之案例與教案內容範例,供交流平台測試與推廣之用。 |
英文摘要 |
Applying case method in the property management education has been paid much attention in recent years. Its major feature provides a context to engage learners in reasoning, analyzing, and solving problems under a real or virtual case described or discussed during the whole instructional process so that the learning motivation and problem solving ability of learners can be aspired and raised. However, current cases libraries created for higher education only provides text and decision point of cases. It is still hard for teachers to plan how to guide students to be engaged in the case's context, how to introduce contradiction and dilemma of the critical decision points, how to ask a serial of discussable and challengeable questions to inspire students, and how to apply evaluation method for decision. This study analyzed and designed a networked platform for sharing pedagogical content knowledge in using case method by the exchange of cases and their lesson plans. Besides the exchange mechanism for resources of case method, the author designed an interaction model with social networking functions to encourage more sharing on pedagogical knowledge, experiences and problems in using case method. Some example cases were designed for energy education as the examples for evaluation and promotion of proposed online platform. |
