景文科技大學地處山坡地及多雨氣候,校舍周圍坡地屬中、高度崩滑區,南面緊鄰「大學詩鄉社區」,社區後方為中度崩滑區,本研究歸納造成土石流發生的因素有:雨量、水位及坡地傾斜角度。因本校景文科技大學以及鄰近社區「大學詩鄉」地處山坡地及多雨氣候,校舍周圍坡地屬中、高度崩滑區,「大學詩鄉」社區為中度崩滑區,本研究設置傾斜儀,水壓計、雨量計等監控設備,透過無線設備ZigBee傳輸至鄰近大樓中繼站儲存資料,並回傳校園建築物智慧化管理系統,長期記錄之歷史資料將作為本研究提供分析之基本資料庫,藉由模糊理論的特性將各種因素的推估值預測出來,建立適當的防災機制,使景文科大安全監控中心、健康中心、校安中心之監視畫面同步顯示防災預警相關資訊,讓校安人員提早了解校舍周遭狀況,強化校園安全,利用網路提供鄰近大學詩鄉居民即時防災預警資訊,照顧社區居民安全。 |
