本研究以公私協力參與公共建設關鍵績效指標為研究調查目的，調查範圍以金擘獎得獎案例之公部門與私部門為調查對象，研究成果KMO值為0.798，經因素分析結果將原先的37項指標篩檢為30項指標，將公私雙方共識關鍵績效指標從新命名為八大因素，依序為開發策略評估、外部經濟條件、財務規劃、工程稽核機制、精準行銷策略、財務控管能力、合約管理、獎勵誘因…等，藉由研究成果重新詮釋公私雙方於公共建設共識關鍵績效指標。

This study investigated the impact of public building key performance indicators to promote Senate Finance Division Gold Award for split-scope. The Factor Analysis results of KMO is 0.798, Indicators classified into a eight categories. In order, is to develop policy evaluation, external economic conditions, financial planning, engineering and auditing mechanism, precise marketing strategy, financial Control Manager capability, contract management, reward incentives. The results will reinterpret the public sector and the private sector consensus.
