以BIM與COBIE為基礎之建置建築設施設備報修系統之研究

目前國內BIM技術之導入多著重於建築物的施工及設計，因此本研究之報修系統除了透過BIM技術的導入也應用了COBie標準中的資料格式，最後建置一設施設備報修系統，除了將BIM技術導入設施設備的報修系統中，設施設備之資訊更應用了目前英、美兩國所使用的COBie標準。希望透過BIM技術與COBie標準的應用，藉由可視化3D模型及COBie資料碼之呈現測試其資訊能否應用於設施設備的報修系統，並對於設施設備的異常樣態賦予編碼，使後續管理人員可以藉由編碼的特性，迅速了解異常樣態的發生次數及種類以便於統整資訊，擬定後續設施設備維護相關計畫。本研究建置之建築設施設備報修系統功能分別有設施設備報修、設施報修資料查詢及回報單，希望藉由這三項功能的整合，可以讓系統使用者迅速了解目前設施設備現況並且當發現設施設備出現故障時，亦可利用此系統進行快速通報。

In this study, it use COBie data on facilities online repair, to confirm the possibility. Currently, BIM application is focus on Building Construction and Design. . Therefore, in this study's facilities online repair system is based BIM and COBie. expect to through application of BIM and COBie, with the Visualization 3D model and COBie data to examination this system's possibility. In addition, facilities abnormal types give the encoding, by the encoding property let manager to understanding facilities abnormal types and frequency of occurrence and information integration. Set the plan of facilities management. In this study builded facilities online repair function had facilities online repair, facilities repair information search and repair report. Expectation Integration of these functions, can use the facilities online repair to returns the facilities abnormal types.
