機場航站建築物及相關設施係重要交通機能之人民公共資產，平時之維護管理及設施設備劣化狀況都應隨時被掌握，並維持其必要機能，以提供旅客良好服務品質。本研究針對現場劣化狀況及維護管理模式進行分析，並依據現場調查研判是否存在相關性問題，進而提出相應對策，提供各場站維護人員擬定改善計畫之參考。透過文獻回顧、訪談、案例調查等研究方法，以松山機場及小港機場為例，提出更符合現況之維護管理模式，以提升機場管理績效並延長其建築物生命週期，將機場維護管理模式導向更完善之方向。

Airports are important transportation function, so it should be maintained the necessary functions to offer traveler a good quality of service. Due to there is no clear rule, each airport formulated their maintenance management mode. It caused a different degree of deterioration on the building and equipment. In order to prolong the building's life cycle, the study analysis of the maintenance management mode of airports and observe the building and equipment. To know the degree of deterioration and maintenance management whether is a relationship. Through the review of literature, interview and case surveys, the case study of Taipei International Airport and Kaohsiung International Airport. According to the results, if their maintenance management mode has any problem, the study will put forward some suggest for them to reference.
