建築雙層外牆是由內外兩層立面構造及支持層組合而成,內層牆由傳統外牆系統構成,外層採用不同面層之材料,以分攤原有外牆之部分機能。由於台灣身處亞熱帶夏季高溫濕熱環境,建築物雙層外牆之外層面材、支撐系統若能夠具備耐候性功能,將可延長建築物外牆生命週期。本文針對國內建築案例就其雙層外牆所採用之構材、細部等,檢討其之耐候性能,研究發現採用不銹鋼材料、低吸水性高硬度面材、高膠合性玻璃、高性能塗料等耐候構材,在其延長外牆生命週期有很大助益。

英文摘要

The double wall of the building is composed of two layers of inner and outer wall facades and supporting layers. The inner wall consists of a traditional exterior wall system, and the outer layer uses materials of different surface layers to share part of the functions of the original exterior wall. Since Taiwan is in a subtropical high-temperature, hot, humid summer environment, if the floor materials and supporting systems outside the double-layer external walls of buildings are weather-resistant, the life cycle of the external walls of the buildings will be extended. This paper reviews the weathering performance of the domestic building cases in terms of the materials and details used in the double-layer exterior wall. The study found that stainless steel, low-absorbency high-hardness surface materials, high-adhesion glass, high-performance coatings, etc. The material is of great help in extending the life cycle of the external wall.
