近年來,BIM技術在AEC產業非常熱門,政府透過要求公共工程導入,帶動產業對於新技術必需學習與改變,也因BIM對執行專案有顯著的效益,業主要求導入的案件亦不在少數。BIM技術具整合建築不同生命階段幾何及非幾何資訊的功用,現今應用BIM於規劃設計施工階段較為成熟,而當要進入到維運管理階段,雖然在設計施工階段已建立許多資訊,但在無法滿足維運管理資料需求及有系統的移轉資訊方法下,導致營運管理團隊無法順利將BIM 繼續運用到維運階段。為能順利運用BIM於建築生命各階段,本研究參考國內外文獻並透過實際模擬彙整出適用的資訊移轉方法,研擬一套「BIM 轉換資料至設施管理資料庫程序」,以利當業主欲將BIM 應用到全生命週期時可以有所依循。本研究提出的移轉步驟包含:1.彙整維運階段所需資料項目、2.將需要資料的項目名稱建立BIM樣板檔、3.將樣板檔匯入BIM 並填寫項目需求資訊、4.選擇資料移轉方式、5.確認資料轉換與物管軟體運作正常。本研究經由執行本校研揚大樓資訊移轉至物管軟體應用後,已確立本研究所建構的移轉方法具有相當的可用性。 |
英文摘要 |
BIM technology is popular in ACE industry recently. The government requires the introduction of public works, which is aim to drive improvement of architecture industry. On the other hand, it also has been used in various projects in commerce due to its significant benefits. BIM technology can integrate different steps of model and attributed data. Nowadays, it become more mature in application of both design & as-built. Though a lot of information has been established during the design and construction phase, BIM still can't be applied smoothly due to lacking of required data of operation of management state and systematic information transfer. To utilize BIM well at every architecture stage, this research took references and made simulation as well. The process of BIM information transfer to equipment management database can benefit owners who need to take application of BIM to whole architecture stages as reference. The Transfer steps proposed in this study include: 1. Consolidation of the required data items for the operation of management state, 2. Creation of a BIM sample file for the project name requiring data, 3. Importing the sample file into BIM and filling in the project requirements information, 4. Selection Data transfer methods, 5. Confirmation of data conversion and property management software are operating normally. After the implementation of this study's transfer of research information from the NTUST TR BUILDING to the application of physical management software, it has been established that the transfer method constructed in this study has considerable usability. |
