針對埔里地區春作青殼種茭白筍產量偏低的原因,提出改善對策,分別以生長激素及腐植酸,使用於茭白母莖之浸泡(3hr)或於株高60cm(分蘗盛期)及90cm(孕茭初期)行葉面噴施,調查刺激茭白分蘗及採收支數之效果,並配合銹病防治等措施,探討其對提高產量或品質之可行性,供為指導農民之依據。根據民國80~82年度試驗結果顯示,藥劑處理除Cytex加GA 30 ppm處理會使茭白徒長,造成倒伏與減產外,其餘處理均比對照無處理區有顯著效果,增產因素為藥劑處理會使有效分蘗數、採收支數、嫩筍長度、平均單筍重等增加所致,且黑心率略有下降趨勢。藥劑處理間以IBA 300倍浸母莖3 hr加IBA 500倍噴葉面二次及Cytex 100倍浸母莖加Cytex 500倍噴葉面二次與BA 50 ppm浸母莖3 hr加BA 30 ppm噴葉面二次等三處理表現較好。 |

This study is to improve the low-yielding and quality of water bamboo (Zizania latifolia) in Puli areas. The stock rhizomes were soaked into plant growth regulator (PGR) and Humid acid for 3 hrs, or young plants at 60 cm (tiller stage) and 90 cm (early shoot growth stage) in height were sprayed with PGR and Cytex solutions. The tiller number and harvested shoot were investigated. The results of experiments from 1991 to 1994 indicated that except the treatment of Cytex plus GA 30 ppm caused outgrowth of plants, the other treatments showed significant effect than that of control plot. The shoot yield increasing factors are due to the increase of productive tiller number, harvesting shoots, shoot length, average shoot weight and decrease of black spore shoots. Among chemical treatments, the plots of the rhizomes soaked into IBA 300 x for 3 hrs plus two foliar sprays with IBA 500 x, the plots of the rhizomes soaked into Cytex 100 x plus two foliar sprays with Cytex 500 x, and the plots of rhizomes soaked into BA 50 ppm for 3 hrs plus two foliar sprays with BA 30 ppm have the best performence. The trial was under the condition of rust diseases have been effective control, proper application of nitrogen fertilizer and high temperature and rich rainfall condition during shoot initiation and harvesting stages. |
