本試驗目的為觀察淹水逆境對於七種不同小白菜(Brassica compestris L. chinensis)栽培品種生育的影響,並比較品種間對於淹水逆境之忍受性。結果顯示,種子發芽率、子葉展開率及胚根TTC活性隨著淹水時間延長而減低,而到90%發芽率、90%子葉展開率時間及種子滲漏液電導度則相對增加,且種子滲漏液電導度與發芽率及子葉展開率呈現一負相關關係。植株生育方面,植株地上部乾重、地下部乾重、根長、葉片數、葉綠素計SPAD-502讀值、葉綠素螢光值(Fv/Fm)及根部TTC活性都隨著淹水處理時間增加而呈現下降趨勢,反之葉片電解質滲漏率增加。綜合種子發芽及植株生長表現,比較品種間對於淹水逆境反應之差異度,以‘阿鳳’和‘三鳳’其耐淹水性較差,而‘三鳳二號’及‘鳳珍’則有較佳的忍耐度。

英文摘要

The object of the present study was to observe the effect of flooding stress on seed germination and plant growth of seven Chinese mustard (Brassica compestris L. chinensis) cultivars, and compare the flooding tolerance variance among tested cultivars. As the elongation of flooding periods, seed germination rate, cotyledon expansion rate, radicle TTC activity were decreased, whereas time to 90% seed germination (T(subscript 90g)), time to 90% cotyledon expansion rate (T(subscript 90e)) and seed leakage solution conductivity were increased. The relationship between seed leakage solution conductivity, seed germination rate and cotyledon expansion rate was negative. On plant growth performance, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, root length, leaf number, leaf chlorophyll meter SPAD-502 reading, chlorophyll fluorescence (Fv/Fm) and root TTC activity were decreased while flooding days increased, on the contrary, leaf electrolyte leakage was raised. From the results, ”A-Fon” and ”San-Fon” had the weaker flooding tolerant ability and ”San-Fon#2” and ”Fon-Jan” had the better one.
