教師的專業訓練與信念兩因素是影響體育教師提供有效課程計畫、有利學生做決定及創意解決問題的能力。教師的知識、價值及信念是教師思考與行動的重要影響因素。教師的價值與信念深深影響有關發展教學知識的基礎。基於教師教學信念的重要性,本研究以文獻分析的方式,探討教師教學信念的意涵,深入探討教學信念的概念、定義與內涵。綜合歸納發現,教學信念可以概括地解釋為教師對於其教學歷程中的相關因素所抱持之信以為真的心理傾向,也就是教師的教學觀點或教學取向等的概念。教學信念是 以有關教師本身、學生、教學互動及教材的信念為主要範圍。體育教師的教學信念可由知識與課程、教學效能、器材與活動、學生差異與學習、師生關係等五個重要指標構成。

英文摘要

The teacher's professional training and beliefs were the two factors to influence the teacher of physical education to offer the effective programs, benefit students to make decisions and enable students to solve originally the problems. The teacher's knowledge, values and beliefs were the important influence factors on the teachers thinking and taking action. Teacher's values and beliefs were influenced deeply the foundations of teaching knowledge. Base on the importance of teacher's teaching beliefs, this study adopted the method of literature analysis to explore the concepts of teacher's teaching beliefs in order to understand deeply the meanings, definitions and dimensions of teaching beliefs. The results were that teaching beliefs could be interpreted as the psychological inclination of taking it true that a teacher believed to the relevant factors in their teaching processes That was to say the concepts of the teacher's teaching views or teaching orientations, etc Teaching beliefs were to regard relevant teachers, students, teaching interaction and teaching materials as the main ranges. The physical education teacher's teaching beliefs indexes could be formed by five dimensions, including knowledge and curriculums, teaching efficacy, apparatuses and activities, student's difference and learning, teacher-student relationships.
