本文以文獻分析的方式探討體育教師的有效教學表現,針對有效教學表現的意涵,包括有效教學表現的定義、特性及層面加以探討。大體而言,體育教師的有效教學層面將包括教學計畫、教學策略、教學評量及教學氣氛等層面。體育教師可自有效教學觀點中及一些行為指標獲得散發與幫助,並且在實務的教學歷程中,藉由觀察、反省與修正,以建立紮實穩固的有效體育教學之原則與經驗。 |
英文摘要 |
This study adopted the method of literature analysis to explore the concepts of effective teaching performances for physical education teachers. To analyze the concepts of the effective teaching performances included the definition, characteristics and dimensions of the effective teaching performances. In generally, the dimensions of effective teaching performances for physical education teachers including teaching plans, teaching strategies, teaching evaluations and teaching atmospheres, etc. By the concepts and some behavior indexes of effective teaching performances, physical education teachers could get some enlightenment and benefits. In the process of teaching, teachers may establish the steady teaching principles and experiences in physical education by observations, reflections and revises. |
