研究目的：本研究旨在探討2022世界跆拳道錦標賽金牌選手在攻擊型態、攻擊專長腳、攻擊部位及攻擊技術的技術表現。研究方法：採用觀察研究法（Observation method），將所獲數據以描述性統計次數分配百分比做統計處理。研究結果：男子組、女子組攻擊型態皆以主動攻擊為主、攻擊專長腳以右腳攻擊為主、攻擊部位以中端攻擊為主、攻擊技術以旋踢技術為主；唯攻擊專長腳中，前後腳的部分男子組以後腳為主，女子組則以前、後腳平均。結論：前腳技術不再是跆拳道場上的得分主角，後腳技術也在逐漸提升；得分攻擊部位雖以中端為主，但上端攻擊仍被視為未來比賽趨勢。因此建議持續保持主動攻擊型態之優點，並加強後腳攻擊及高分值技術上端的攻擊能力。

Research Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the technical performance of gold medalists at the 2022 World Taekwondo Championship in terms of attack patterns, preferred kicking legs, target areas, and attack techniques. Research Method: The observational method was employed, and the obtained data was statistically processed using descriptive statistics and percentage distribution. Research Findings: Both male and female gold medalists predominantly utilize an aggressive attack style. They primarily favor their right leg for attacking, focus on midsection target areas, and frequently employ spinning kick techniques. However, when it comes to the preference for the kicking leg, male competitors tend to favor their rear leg, while female competitors evenly use both front and rear legs. Conclusion: Front leg techniques are no longer the primary scoring method in the world of Taekwondo, and there is a gradual improvement in rear leg techniques. While midsection attacks remain prevalent, high-section attacks are considered a future trend in competitions. Therefore, it is recommended to maintain the advantages of an aggressive attack style and enhance the proficiency of rear leg attacks and high-scoring high-section techniques.
