番石榴農參加吉園圃的效益及合理的安全管理模式

從中部地區申請吉園圃標章的番石榴果農中調查得知，在銷售上，有吉園圃標章對「增加產品直銷量」是有幫助的。在通路方面，參加「直銷」的果農比參加「共同運銷」及「行口代銷」的果農更能感受到增加銷量的效益。而在經營上，對「增加產品安全性」也認為比較有幫助。另在銷售收入上，認為參加吉園圃可增加銷售金額的佔21.8%，認為沒有改變的佔70.9%，認為降低銷售金額的僅佔7.3%。而在收益方面，27.3%的果農認為可增加收益，70.9%認為沒有改變，1.8%認為收益反而降低。再進一步探討果農在參加驗證後有何改變行為時，發現在有機肥施用、病蟲害診斷、農藥購買、農藥調配、農藥施用、噴藥安全防範、採收安全間隔、殘毒檢測、產品分級方面都有將近一半幅度的改變，因此才能增加品質與安全，進而提高銷售金額及收益。然而安全的生產管理必需是全方位的，除以上的改變之外，必須再加上生產過程中使用各種資材、設備與人員的風險評估，並加以管控，才能提供消費者更安全的保證。

According to investigation among guava fruit farmers who applied for the GAP mark in the central region, there is an increase of ”product direct sale quantity” in sales with GAP mark. In channel, the more benefit the fruit farmers who participated in 'product direct sale' can feel than those who participated in 'committee sells' and 'common marketing' in sales. And in management, it is also considered to be more helpful for increasing 'product security'. Besides，there are 21.8% farmers thought that participate in GAP can increase the amount of sales in finance affairs, however, 70.9% farmers thought that it is helpless and only 7.3% farmers thought that it reduces the amount of sales. On the income part, there are 27.3% of the farmers thought that it may increase the income, 70.9% farmers thought nothing changed, while 1.8% thought that the income may reduce.When discusses further what behavior changed after the fruit farmer participating in the confirmation. We found in organic fertilizer employment, plant disease diagnoses, the purchase of agricultural chemicals, consultation in pesticide use, mixture of agricultural chemicals, pesticide employment, safety precautions spraying, harvesting safe separation, the residual poison examination, and products grading these aspects mentioned above have nearly half changes, so it can increase the quality and the security to enhance sale amount and income. However, the production safety management must be comprehensive, in addition to those changes mentioned above, during the production process it must be coupled with the use of a variety of materials, equipments, personnel risk assessment and regulation in order to provide consumers with more assurance of safety.
