背景:思覺失調症患者因疾病關係常會引起焦慮行為,對情緒及自信心常有負面影響,造成生活品質下降。目的:8 週纏繞畫介入,探討編製適合感覺失調症纏繞畫課程內容對思覺失調症患者的自尊和社交互動焦慮的影響。方法:研究時間自2014 年11 月28 日至2015 年1 月9 日止,每週一次,每次60 分鐘共計8 週進行自尊與社交互動焦慮之調查,採採用結構式問卷,44 名隨機分派為對照組22 名及實驗組22 名。實驗組除常規性職能治療活動外,另需接受禪繞畫活動。資料處理與分析以SPSS 17.0 統計套裝軟體進行44 位受試者資料之統計分析。結果:研究結果顯示實驗組於纏繞畫介入後自尊部分由為介入前(M=3.81) 與介入後第八週(M=4.32)有顯著差異;社交互動焦慮由未介入前的4.12 到介入後第8 週的2.77 有明顯降低情形,實驗組於介入前後測均有顯著差異。控制組自尊部分由未介入前 (M =3.65) 與介入後第八週(M=3.98) 無顯著差異;社交互動焦慮由未介入前的4.09 到介入後第8 週的4.32 明顯無降低情形,控制組於介入前後均無顯著差異。結論/實務應用:本研究結果可做為臨床人員教育思覺失調症患者照護之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
Background: Patients with psychosis due to illness often causes anxiety behavior. It will affect patients’ emotional mood and loss of self-confidence. It was also a negative impact decreasing quality of life. Purposes: To understand the teaching contents of Zentangle; and to investigate the impact of psychosis patients on self-esteem and anxiety interaction support by using Zentangle 8 weeks courses. Methods: This research started from November 28, 2014 and ended to January 9, 2015. Self-esteem and social interaction anxiety questionnaires were used. A program of introducing Zentangle activities were used for 60 minutes, once a week for eight weeks. Samples 44 of patients were randomly assigned to the control group 22 and 22 to the experimental group. In addition to the experimental group of routine occupational therapy activities, another add activity was Zentangle. Data processing by SPSS 17.0 statistical software package were used to analyze data. Results: The results showed the experimental group in self-esteem part by the pretest was (M = 3.81) and eight weeks after intervention of Zentangle activity was (M= 4.32), There were significant difference between pre and posttest. For social interaction anxiety scores, before the intervention was 4.12, after intervention 8 weeks decreasing to 2.77. There were significantly differences between before and after using Zentangle intervention. Control group for self-esteem part was (M = 3.65) and the eight weeks (M = 3.98); social interaction anxiety before was 4.09 and after eighth weeks 4.32, there were no decreasing anxiety. There were no significant difference between before and after test for control group.. Conclusion / Practical application: The results of this study could be used as reference for clinical personnel Education on thinking sleep disorder care of patients. |
