近年來,國內掀起一股觀光休閒熱潮,充滿多元化、科技化、驚險刺激性等主題式遊樂園相繼林立,致使遊樂業的競爭越加激烈。基於此,本研究透過文獻分析、德懷術問卷調查和階層分析程序法的運用,進行資料的蒐集、分析與討論,循序發展出室內兒童遊樂園創新經營衡量指標及其權重體系。一、以「德懷術」發展室內兒童遊樂園的創新經營衡量架構本研究經由三階段德懷術所發展出的室內兒童遊樂園創新經營衡量指標架構,分為三個層級,第一層包括:「管理創新」、「技術創新」與「價值創新」等三個構面;第二層具體指標分別為「共同願景」、「策略管理」、「品牌經營」、「場館規劃」、「創新能力」、「產品開發」、「顧客滿意」、「獲利績效」與「企業文化」等九項,第三層共計二十七項指標內涵,均具備「重要」至「非常重要」之屬性,整體言之,本研究所發展的室內兒童遊樂園衡量指標架構,包括系統構面、具體指標名稱與指標內涵,趨近整全與完備。二、以「階層分析程序法」建構室內兒童遊樂園的創新經營指標權重體系衡量指標之一級指標以「價值創新系統」佔總體指標的權重分配值最高為36.20%;「技術創新系統」為33.90%;「管理創新系統」權重分配值則29.90%,均極具參考價值。二級指標中以「顧客滿意」(13.20%)、「創新能力」(12.80%)、「企業文化」(12.40%)、「產品開發」(11.90%)、「策略管理」(11.30%)等權重值較高,藉以提供室內兒童遊樂園在推動創新經營過程中參酌應用。 |

After a great fervour of tourism swept over, diversified, technological, adventurous, and …etc, various kinds of theme park come out and entertained out lift. For that reason,This study attempted to construct the evaluating indicators and the weighted-averages system of the innovative management for the Indoor kid'splayground. First, relative researches analyzing, Delphi questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process were taken to collect data for discussing and analyzing. Second, the evaluating indicators and the weighted averages method of innovative management in the Indoor kid'splayground were established. 1. A three-stage Delphi method is adopted in the study to construct the indicators of innovative management in the Indoor kid'splayground : The indicators developed in this study were divided into three levels: The level 1 indicators included three main stages: the system of innovative management, the system of innovative technology, and the system of innovative value; The level 2 indicators included 9 items, such as the common vision ,the strategy management, the brand management, the facility layout plan, the innovative capability , the product development, the satisfaction of customer , the profit performance , and the culture of enterprise, The level 3 indicators included 27 items, which were all ranked as "important" or "very important". The systematic framework, the concrete name, and the meanings of indicators tend to be almost complete. 2. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied to construct the weighted averages system of innovative management in the Indoor kid'splayground : Among the level 1 indicators, the system of innovative value is the most important one, Its weighted averages value is 36.20%. The indicator for the system of innovative technology is 33.90%, and the system of innovative management is 29.90%. Among the level 9 indicators, the satisfaction of customer (13.20%), the innovative capability(12.80%), the culture of enterprise (12.40%), the product development (11.90%) and the strategy management (11.30%) were more significant. In sum, based on research findings, some suggestions and implications are provided as a reference to the Indoor kid'splayground. |
