近年來,台灣地區興起「兒童故事屋」風潮,並於最近十年間發展至高峰,諸如「故事城堡」、「故事王國」等應運而生,藉由故事營運平台導入多樣化的活動與閱讀課程,帶動兒童休閒產業異軍突起,成為重要的新興產業。而在兒童故事屋的發展過程中,品牌行銷為創業不可或缺的一環,也是未來發展與永續經營的必經之路。本研究運用「個案研究」之質性訪談法,針對台灣地區兒童故事屋進行品牌行銷探討,試圖瞭解兒童故事屋的營運現況與策略規劃與效益,藉此發展出符合兒童故事屋於品牌行銷上的策略參考,最後,本研究針對兒童故事屋品牌行銷策略規劃提出建議,提供相關業者參考。 |

In recent years, the business model like "children's stories house" turn into popular in taiwan and to a peak in the last decade in children's leisure field. such as "story castle" "kingdom story" .Moreover to become operating platform to introduce diversified activities and reading curriculum to enhance the children's leisure industry becoming an important emerging industry. In the process of development in children's stories house, brand marketing is an inevitable factor on entrepreneurship for the future and sustainable development. this study aims to explore the brand marketing strategies by using "in-depth interview" of case study as research methods to reveal current brand marketing and strategic planning on children's stories house in Taiwan, thereby accomplishingk a brand marketing strategy for children's stories house . Finally, the research provide recommendations of brand marketing strategy planning to relevant industry. |
