中醫治療耳鳴之病例報告

耳鳴是耳鼻喉科常見的難治疾病之一，目前沒有西藥治療耳鳴被公認有效，且西醫治療中，多數療法僅是促進患者對耳鳴的適應而非使耳鳴消失；然而，耳鳴嚴重時常導致焦慮、失眠，而影響工作、生活。本案例運用中醫傳統理論辨證論治，以科學濃縮中藥粉治療，大幅改善病患症狀，提供醫界臨床參考。

Tinnitus is a common refractory disease in otolaryngology. There is no effective treatment in Western medicine for tinnitus currently, and most treatments only promote patient adapt to tinnitus rather than make tinnitus disappear. However, serious tinnitus often causes anxiety, insomnia, and affects daily life and work. The case study application of treatments is based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine theory,treated patients with concentrated Chinese herb powder to significant improvement in symptoms. Results can provide clinical reference.
