The Therapeutic Experience of Strangury Disease with Chinese Medicine: A Case Report

淋證是常見的泌尿系統疾病，在女性發生的比例尤高，目前西醫常見治療方式是用各類抗生素來治療，但有部分患者有各式副作用產生。本病例患者即不欲以抗生素治療而尋求中醫診治。根據張仲景《金匱要略．消渴、小便不利、淋病脈證並治》的理論，分析本例癥瘕（子宮肌瘤）患者在臨床常用方五苓散、豬苓湯之差別，本案例處以豬苓湯中尋常常見五味藥各等分治療，獲得令人滿意的療效，本文分析本案例治療臨床思路以提供同道參考。

Urinary tract infection is a common disease in urinary system. The prevalence is much higher in female than in male. It is common to see physicians use antibiotics to treat the disease, but some side effects happen that the patient in this report didn't want to use antibiotics, so she came to Chinese medicine clinic finally. We analyzed the difference between Wu Ling San and Zhu Ling Tang that were universally used according to the theory of Zhang Zhongjing's ＂Jin Gui Yao Lue＂. We got the excellent effect after using Zhu Ling Tang in the case. This report analyzed the clinical practice of this case to provide TCM doctors reference.
