在當今的數位表演與科技劇場中,數位科技更激進地成為創作必需的媒材,不僅改變傳統表演藝術中表演者與觀眾之間的對應關係,更深刻地影響著創作者重新反思表演者身體與媒體科技之間的辯證關係。謝杰樺為「安娜琪舞蹈劇場」編舞家,在建築與舞蹈的雙重背景之下,其系列作品擅長利用獨特的空間概念與科技媒材,表意身體感知、空間意象與科技文化之間的辯證關係,成就其顯現獨特的創作思維。本文以現象學關於生活世界、體現身體與感知經驗等核心概念,深入探究《第七感官》、《Second Body》與《永恆的直線》中關於身體、空間與表演的實踐性內涵。經由作品文本分析得知,謝杰樺在三件數位表演創作實踐中彰顯出其所思考的美學性是關於「身體」、「空間」及其「表演性」的共構關係。謝杰樺透過作品所欲演繹「身體」作為表演者的物質性,從肉身主體、體現身體到科技身體;而「空間」則被巧妙地轉化表演者與觀者建立一個觀看的條件,透過科技空間的創造,允諾著表演性的身體得以在一個景觀展演的世界中被彰顯出來。謝杰樺的系列作品在一個「表演性」空間裡,使「空間性身體」總是處於一個過程,共同演述著身體與空間互為主體的辯證。 |
英文摘要 |
In today's digital performance and techno theater, digital technology has proactively become an indispensable media for artistic practices. It not only transforms the correspondence between performers and audiences in traditional performing arts, but also profoundly affects artists to reconsider the relationship between performer's body and media technology. Trained under the dual background of architecture and dance, Chien-Hua HSIEH, the choreographer of Anarchy Dance Theater, specializes in utilizing spatial concepts and technological media to express his creative practices, concerning the dialectic relationship between bodily perception, spatial imagery, and techno culture. To the extent, this paper aims to explore the symbolic meaning of body, space and performativity in The Seventh Sense, Second Body, and The Eternal Straight Line by applying Phenomenological concepts of lifeworld, embodied body and perceptual experience. By analyzing three series works of art, we have known that Chien-Hua HSIEH attempts to elaborate his aesthetic significance in the works by addressing the relationship between body, space, and performativity. From corporeal body, embodied body to techno-body, Chien-Hua HSIEH's works have interpreted the materiality of "body" in performer's subject. Meanwhile, "space" is also subtly transformed into a viewing condition between performers and spectators, and reveals the performative body through the establishment of techno-space in a world of spectacular performance. Undoubtedly, Chien-Hua HSIEH uniquely allocates his series works of digital performance art in a "performative space" and allows the "spatial body" to situate in the condition of process continuously to illustrate the intersubjective dialectics of body and space. |
