由於製藥業相較於其他產業具有其特殊性,同時過期藥品危害人體健康甚劇,使得過期藥品陳列及回收的相關問題顯得格外重要,所以瞭解業者進行委由第三方物流業者來提供專業化商品回收作業的相關議題具有其必要性。為求彰顯企業考量實施逆物流管理外包之決策情境,經由文獻探討,本文將影響製藥業者採取逆物流外包管理之決策因素歸納為產業及企業層級因素。而為描述台灣藥廠目前採行逆物流管理外包作業的狀況並界定影響此決策的考量因素,因此擬透過區別分析來進行考驗。結果顯示產業層級因素方面包括在第三方物流業者的專業性、中下游顧客的價值性、資訊科技的有效性方面會對於製藥業者導入逆物流管理外包之意願具有顯著的辨識能力。另外,在企業層級因素方面,則包括企業利益的創造性及組織規模的相容性也會對於製藥業者導入逆物流管理外包之意願具有顯著的辨識能力。最後,本文亦根據研究結果對於製藥業者及第三方物流業者提出策略性的建言。

英文摘要

This study discussed the decision making policy of reverse logistic issue that provided by third-party providers with the pharmaceutical companies in Taiwan. The authors extracted factors from industrial-level and firm-level perspectives for testing. In response, practitioners offered some useful information and we adopted discriminate analysis to test these comprehensive decision making factors.Results show that if companies perceive the necessary of professional third-party providers, a great value of network members, the utility of information technology, creation of the firm's benefit and an applicable scale of the firms, they will predicate the issue whether a pharmaceutical company could make a right reverse logistics outsourcing policy. In turn, we advocated strategic advice to practitioners according to our findings.
