隨著經濟、科技的不斷發展進步，近幾年來發展中的國家，基於各國產業競爭力漸強，不得不從模仿技術轉型為創新技術，來提升本身的競爭力，進而創造新的經濟價值，本文以亞洲先進國家的產業為例，探討技術創新所帶來新的改革與經濟效益；一方面另以處於發展中待轉型的台灣，探討蛻變過程中所需面對經濟衰退的過渡時期。最後以歐洲先進國家制訂奧斯陸手冊（Oslo Manual）作為發展中國家學習的參考。

With the continuous development of economics and technology and growing contest in the industry, developing countries cannot help but transform themselves from technology imitated to technology innovated in order to become even more competitive and bring forth new economic values. This paper, first, takes the samples of the industries in the developed countries in Asia to discuss the revolutionary and economic effects brought by technological innovation. Then, add Taiwan-from a developing country to a developed one-into the discussion of its economic depression and transformation in the transition period. And finally, make the Oslo Manual established by European advanced countries as the reference for developing countries.
