測試廠機台非常昂貴,每台費用大致可到達數百萬美金。以測試廠IC分類機台為例,一台約三十萬元美金,各測試廠機台最少有一至二佰台。可見IC分類機台設備成本佔生產成本相當高。因此IC分類機台預防保養時機不準確將影響生產與維護計畫之安排。因此若不能及早安排維護人員保養時,將造成機台當機的情況發生,使工廠產能損失或產品良率降低。本研究運用貝氏可靠性方法模式來建構一套半導體測試廠IC分類機台預防保養之預測模式,期能有效推估IC分類機台預防保養之未來情況,並可及早安排維護人員進行保養,來降低工廠產能之損失。研究結果顯示,本研究所提出之貝氏可靠性預測模式之誤差日期為一日,較灰色GM(1, 1)Alpha模式之誤差日期兩日佳。

英文摘要

Testing house machines are very expensive. The price of each machine runs to millions of dollars. For the instance of IC handlers in testing house, the unit cost of such machine is around three hundred thousand dollars. There are at least one to two hundreds of machines in each testing house. It is clear that the equipment cost of IC handlers makes up a substantial portion of the production cost. Hence, the failure of prior maintenance arrangements may cause breakdown of the machines, leading to a drop in factory efficiency and product quality. This research utilizes Bayesian Reliability methodology to design a prediction model for IC handler machines preventive maintenance timing in semiconductor testing house, hoping to effectively predict the appropriate next dates for IC handler machine preventive maintenance and make prior arrangements of technicians to carry out maintenance tasks. This will lead to a decrease in the loss of factory efficiency and product quality. As shown in the research results, the error of the Bayesian Reliability Prediction Model as proposed in this research is only one day. This is better than the error of the Grey GM(1,1) Alpha Model, which is two days.
