本研究旨在探討學生族群消費者對MP3產品屬性偏好之行為,利用聯合分析原理,瞭解學生族群消費者對MP3產品的偏好屬性。研究果顯示,就全體或不同性別的受測者,對MP3產品屬性的偏好行為均頗為一致,順序為1容量、2音質、3外型。如單就外型而言,全體或女性受測者對MP3外型屬性有相同的偏好,偏好順序為1白色、2黑色、3銀色;但男性受測者對MP3的外型顏色,白色與黑色有相同的偏好,而不喜歡銀色。再以記憶體容量而言,全體或不同性別的受測者對MP3的容量有相同的偏好,其偏好順序為1 2G、2 1G、3 512MB。最後就播放音質而言,全體或男性受測者對MP3音質屬性有相同的偏好,偏好順序為1重低音、2環繞、3正常;但是女性受測者則有不同的偏好,其較偏好環繞音質,其次是重低音,而比較不喜歡正常音質。總而言之,大體上學生族群消費者均較喜歡「白色黑色外型、重低音或環繞、2G記憶體」的MP3產品,而不喜歡「銀色外型、一般音質、512MB」的產品,此發現頗值得業界廠商在設計MP3產品時的參考。 |
英文摘要 |
This survey is to explore student's ethnicity consumer's preference behavior on product properties, using conjoint analysis, understand consumer's important preference on MP3 product property. The survey shows that it's quite consistent on respondents' preferred mp3 property, the ranking is: 1. capacity; 2. tone quality; 3. outlook. In terms of outlook, all or female respondents have same preference on mp3 outlook property, preference ranking is: 1. white; 2. black; 3 silver; male respondents have same preference on white and black but not silver. In terms of capacity, all or respondents with different gender have same preference, the ranking is: 1. 2G; 2.1G; 3.512MB. At last, in terms of tone quality, the ranking is: 1. bass; 2. surround sound; 3. normal; but female respondents have different preference, they prefer surround sound most, and then bass, but dislike normal tone quality. In summary, in general, consumers all like the mp3 with white/black outlook, bass or surround sound and 2G memory, and dislike the product with silver outlook, normal tone quality and 512MB memory. This discovery will be quite helpful for manufacturers seeking reference on designing mp3 products. |
