十多年前经济学家们就提出了经济自由度能否测度的问题,并有大量国内外机构和个人进行过市场化程度的测度研究,但对工资决定机制进行市场化测度的非常少。本文从微观视角出发,尝试使用随机边界法考察工资决定机制的市场化程度,以检验体制性分割的因素到底对工资决定机制的市场化产生多大的影响,同时也检验中国劳动力市场工资改革的历程,认识和把握劳动力市场的运作规律,反馈劳动力市场改革的效果,促进要素市场改革的步伐。 |
英文摘要 |
Economist had put up the measuring of economics degree ten years ago. There are lots of organizations and persons to research marketization degree, but there are few references about the measuring of marketization degree on wage determination system. This paper attempts to demonstrate and measure marketization degree of wage determination system in China labor market from microcosmic view. The purpose is to test the effect about the factor of systemic segmented labor market on marketization degree of wage determination system and the reforming processing of wage determination system in China. In result, we can hold the operating rule of labor market, so that it can feedback the effect of labor market reform and promote the reform step of factor market. |
