本文旨在從知識經濟時代的教育特色,探討台灣地區科技大學的教育品質目標與專業實務能力。本研究採文獻分析及問卷調查研究方法,對北、中、南部五所學校,具有高科技背景之學者專家、產業界及學生共計196人,透過參照單位分析及層級次序分析等資料分析,針對教育品質目標及專業實務能力內涵重要性程度在認知上是否有差異,並進一步分別向政府、學校、產業界及後續研究等提出建議,為未來人才培育參考。 |
英文摘要 |
This article purpose is investigating Education Quality Goal and Professional Practical Capability of technological universities that inquires into the Taiwan, through views of the education characteristic of Knowledge Economy. In the research, we adopt literature review and questionnaire survey. The investigaton of targets including scholars with the Hi-Tech background, industrial circles and students, add up to 196 people. Then, we dissuss whether is there a difference in cognition, the importance intensity of Educational Quality Goal and Professional Practice Capability by Ridits Analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process. At last, according to the conclusion, we further put the suggestion about training talent for the future to government, university, industrial circle and follow-up study separately. |
