投资环境，不是一个“非此即彼”的清晰明了的概念，具有典型的模糊性，难以采用经典数学的方法进行科学的定量评价，运用模糊综合评判法比采用其他方法更具优势。本文以考评某一特定地区投资环境为例，说明这一方法的应用。

Investment Environment is a fuzzy concept, it is difficult to carry on scientific quantitative evaluation using classical mathematics method, and utilization of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is superior to other methods. This article takes a specific local investment environment evaluation as an example to explain application of this method.
