本研究之主要目的在於探討女性工作者之害怕被嘲笑特質對於其個人幽默、自尊與同事關係品質之影響,並探討其關聯性。本研究以結構方程式(SEM)進行競爭模式比較,並再進一步針對此模型進行修正,修正後結果顯示(1)怕被笑特質之高低對幽默感之高低,具有負向影響;(2)怕被笑特質之高低對自尊之高低,具有負向影響;(3)幽默感之高低對自尊之高低,具有正向影響;(4)幽默感之高低對同事關係品質之高低,具有正向影響;(5)自尊之高低對同事關係品質之高低,具有正向影響。最後,本研究結果對於女性工作者在職場關係之研究與實務提出建議。

英文摘要

This study intends to find the relationships among female workers' gelotophobia traits, humor, self-esteem, and relationships with colleagues. This study use SEM to test competitive model, then modify the model. The results are as follows: (1) People with higher level of gelotophobia have lower sense of humor; (2) People with higher level of gelotophobia have lower self-esteem; (3) People with higher sense of humor have higher self-esteem; (4) People with higher sense of humor have higher relationships with colleagues; (5) People with higher self-esteem have higher relationships with colleagues. Finally, this study provides some suggestions for female workers in both academic and practical fields.
