The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among the main stresses of junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung city. In this study, 18 critical factors are considered through literature review and the data are collected via expert-interview method. The analysis is using DEMATEL to find the key factors and attributes. The result shows the complex independence in each stresses. Among five aspects of stress, the ”Professional Knowledge and Abilities” aspect has been the most important core; ”Workload” is a dependent aspect influenced by the others the easiest. The criteria ”Not to be Recognized”, ”Demands from Supervisor”, ”Deviant Behavior of Students”, ”Professional and Continuing Studies” and ”Policy Renovation” selected in the highest rank in their own aspects are the main sources of stress of junior high school teachers. Finally, some advices and strategies are proposed, basing on the correlations of the factors and their influences.
