本研究目的是以類神經網路模型分析影響台灣基層金融產業創新阻礙之因素,資料來源取自第三次台灣產業創新調查資料庫,抽取該資料庫中70家台灣基層金融產業公司為樣本進行研究,且針對台灣基層金融產業在創新過程中所受到阻礙的影響因素有哪些?並分析這些因素所帶來的影響程度。本研究利用類神經網路模型中的多層感知模型(Multi-Layer Perceptron,MLP)作為本研究的架構模型與方法,且進一步探討成本因素之相關活動(包含公司用於創新的預算不足、公司財務困難,難以從外部籌措資金、創新成本過高)、知識因素之相關活動(包含不確定創新是否能完成(技術風險)、缺乏適當人力、缺乏技術資訊、缺乏市場資訊)、市場因素之相關活動(包含難以找到創新的合作伙伴、市場已被其他公司壟斷掌控(競爭風險)、消費者對創新產品或服務的需求不確定(需求風險)、國內市場需求不足,難以直接到國外市場競爭)這11項變數與創新阻礙間的影響;而本文的研究結果顯示,這11項自變數與創新阻礙這項應變數間皆有顯著影響,其結果只有缺乏技術資訊此自變數對創新阻礙的影響為負向影響,其餘10項自變數對創新阻礙的影響皆為正向影響。最後則提出本研究之貢獻與限制。

英文摘要

This study analyzed the factors impacting on the innovational obstruction of grassroots financial industry in Taiwan by applying Neural Network analysis model. The data of this study was collected from Third Taiwan Industrial Innovation Survey and this study focused on seventy firm-level samples in grassroots financial industry. This study utilized the Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) to explore the cost factors related to activities including companies with shortfalls for innovation budget, financial crisis and difficulties in raising funds from outside and high cost of innovation; knowledge factors related to activities including completely uncertain innovation (technical risk), shortage of appropriate human resources, technical information and market information; market factors related to activities including difficulties in finding innovation partners, market monopolized and controlled by other companies (competing risks), uncertainty of consumer demand for innovative products or services (demand risks) and lack of domestic market demand, difficulties in direct competition from foreign markets in relation with innovational obstruction. These eleven factors are stated hereunder as independent variables and innovational obstruction as dependent variable. The results of this study showed that eleven independent variables had significantly influence on dependent variable. Only one independent variable, which is lack of technical information for innovation obstruct negatively impacts on innovation obstruction; mean while, other ten independent variables for innovation obstruct positively impact on innovation obstruction. Finally, this study provided several useful contributions and remained limitations.
