英文摘要 |
The actual data from the telecommunication enterprise are studied. Firstly, the Logistic model is suggested to reflect that a customer leaves the network or not. The quantitative relationship model between the status in or from the network and several factors are established. Further, the Cox model is used to analysis of the factors that influence the risk of customers' leaving network. From these two models, some policy suggestions are put forward. |
