作者利用實際的離網和在網客戶抽樣資料，首先建立了反映客戶離網和在網情況的Logistic模型，研究了離網和在網情況與若干因素之間的定量關係；進一步利用Cox模型，較全面、定量地分析了客戶離網風險的影響因素。並由這兩個模型提出了若干決策建議。

The actual data from the telecommunication enterprise are studied. Firstly, the Logistic model is suggested to reflect that a customer leaves the network or not. The quantitative relationship model between the status in or from the network and several factors are established. Further, the Cox model is used to analysis of the factors that influence the risk of customers' leaving network. From these two models, some policy suggestions are put forward.
