在世界各国汽车市场增速放缓的背景下,中国汽车市场依然呈现增长态势,销量连续八年蝉联全球第一。汽车市场的发展也使汽车行业人才需求不断增长,2016年汽车行业求职人数也较2015年同比增长8%,但是有关调查也显示,汽车行业人才升级也面临着学历和经验的错位挑战。对于有志于从事汽车行业的人才而言,了解企业的招聘需求,有助针对性地提高自身素质,在职场上增强竞争力,使求职更加顺利,找到满意的工作。因此,在本文中,我们主要利用SQL Server Data Mining软件、SPSS统计软件、R语言对“全国汽车营销与服务”数据进行描述性统计分析、文本分析、聚类建模、贝叶斯建模预测,帮助求职者更好的自我定位,找到合适的工作。 |
英文摘要 |
While global automobile sales market is experiencing a decrease, the Chinese market still shows a dynamic growth and keeps ranking the largest sales market for 8th year. The development of automobile market exerts an increasing demand for talents, with candidates in this industry increasing at a rate of 8% in year 2016 from 2015. However, related investigation shows the upgrading of talents is faced with the lack of education and experience. Armed with the understanding of recruitment standards, candidates in automobile sales industry can improve competitiveness and find a job more efficiently. By using SQL Server Data Mining, SPSS and R, this article conducts descriptive statistical analysis, test analysis, cluster modeling, Bayesian modeling and forecasting on National Automobile Marketing and Services Data, which can be helpful for candidates in job hunting. |
