目前,我国还有不少城市并没有建立居民垃圾分类机制,已经开始实施居民垃圾分类的城市也面临着诸多问题,如何高质高量地提升生活垃圾分类效果已经成为各城市面临的共同问题。我们以徐州市为例,为研究市区各小区生活垃圾分类情况,设计了调查问卷并开展社会调查,预调查结果表明不同类型的小区居民对垃圾分类现状的满意度存在显著差异,正式调查得到1462份有效问卷。我们首先对问卷数据进行探索性因子分析,提取出居民属性、垃圾分类意识、外部环境、垃圾处理措施、垃圾分类效果五项公共因子。为研究潜在因子之间的关系,我们分别对A、B、C三类小区建立结构方程模型,进行了参数估计。结果表明:垃圾分类意识、外部环境、垃圾处理措施均对垃圾分类效果产生显著的正向影响,且在三类小区中影响程度不一。基于建模结果,本文针对三类小区提出具体建议。 |

Many cities in China have not established resident waste classification mechanism, and cities that have begun to implement resident waste classification are also facing many problems in present. How to improve the effect of domestic waste classification with high quality and quantity has become a common problem faced by all cities. Taking Xuzhou as an example, in order to study the classification of domestic waste in various districts in the urban area, we designed a questionnaire and carried out a social survey. The pilot investigation results showed that there were significant differences in the satisfaction of residents of different types of districts with the current situation of waste classification, and 1462 effective questionnaires were obtained from the formal survey. Firstly, we conduct exploratory factor analysis on the questionnaire data, and extract five public factors: Residents attributes, waste classification awareness, external environment, waste treatment measures and waste classification effect. To study the relationship between potential factors, we established structural equation models for class A, B and C cells and estimated the parameters. The results show that the awareness of waste classification, external environment and waste treatment measures have a significant positive impact on the effect of waste classification, and the degree of impact is different in the three types of communities. Based on the modeling results, this paper puts forward specific suggestions for three types of cells. |
