In accordance with the ICD-10 codes premature ejaculation (PE) is an uncontrollable sexual dysfunction not due to diseases or physiological conditions, but the partners could get sexual fulfillment. PE has effects on men's self-confidence, and sexual, and private life, even more, it could be the reason for divorce in society. Some Mongolian researchers consider that PE can be caused by emotional situations or distress and destroy the family. Various methods such as Index of Premature Ejaculation (IPE), and Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Tool (PEDT) are used in diagnosing PE. The research gap in this field serves us to conduct the recent study.
