現今製造產業中為了減少製程時間提高效率,普遍改用CNC 加工機捨棄傳統加工機。然而隨著現今科技環境的進步,CNC 加工機慢慢的也開始進展,一開始從三軸、四軸進步到五軸。但針對較複雜作動的五軸加工機,於五軸加工時需考慮夾治具或刀具等情況,以及避免干涉情況的產生都會於五軸機台進行試俥,但於五軸機台進行試俥將會增加製程的時間也會增加五軸機台磨耗。因此本論文開發一套SolidWorks API 機台模擬程式能夠模擬實際加工機台的情況,可任意放製所需之夾治具、設定刀具長度及半徑等,當程式讀取機台加工之NC 碼,並由模擬結果顯示實際加工之情況。此程式可讓用戶在無需使用其它昂貴的模擬程式,即可用直覺且簡易的方式模擬並得知加工過程是否產生干涉,以滅少上機試俥的時間。 |
英文摘要 |
Manufacturing industries have used CNC machine instead of the traditional processing machines, in order to reduce the process time and improve efficiency for decades. However, the progress of technology has made CNC machining improved from three-axis, four-axis to five-axis. But for the more complex five-axis machine, It has to consider the locations of clip fixture and orientations of tool, etc., to avoid interference during the process of a trial run in five-axis machines. In addition, five-axis machine trial run will increase the manufacturing process time and machine wear. Therefore, this paper develops a SolidWorks API simulation program that can simulate the actual machining process and arbitrarily set the locations of clamp fixture, tool length and radius, when the simulation program read the NC code the simulate the actual machining process. |
