現今家庭多為雙薪的小家庭,遇到家中水電設備出現問題,部分雖然能夠自行修理,但如需請水電師傅進行維修,往往因時間無法配合或材料需調貨…等問題,無法一次就完成維修。而對於水電師傅而言,一天可完成的案件可能多至4-5件,但常因客戶分散,加上無法事先知道維修問題,一旦需要特殊的材料,調貨上就會花時間,而會影響維修進度。我們建置一「水電小飛俠」系統,做為客戶與水電師傅的橋樑,以解決上述的問題。在長期的商業模式規劃上,並打算將「水電小飛俠」擴充為社區的社群網站,得到更大的網路商機。

英文摘要

In recent years, mostly families in Taiwan are double-income families. When they are hydropower equipment problems, calling a hydropower technician for repair and maintenance is preferred solution even though some of the issues can be fixed by themselves. However, when they calling a hydropower technician for repair and maintenance, the scheduling can be a challenge due to mismatch of availability and delays caused by shortage of the material. For hydropower technicians, since the maintenance and repair material cannot be prepared in advance in anticipation of the issues and the locations of the customers are scattered, they are not able to best manage their days. The cases they can handle per day are usually reduced from 4 to 5 cases to much fewer numbers of the cases. To solve this problem, we plan to build a “Hydropower Service Network” and name it “Hydropower Peter Pan”. The plan is to implement this “Hydropower Peter Pan” in the small residential community as a different form of social networks. Later on, this program can be further expanded to larger communities and gain business opportunities.
