室內設計業界對暑期實習生能力需求之研究

室內設計與裝修學科在學理知能與工程技術上是相當廣泛的，學生在校的學習易有學習深度與經驗累積不足的問題，業者也反映學生在校的學習無法與實務接軌。目前各校系解決這些問題的策略與方法為要求學生於畢業前必須完成專業實務的校外實習。本研究以質性訪談法中的半結構式訪談法，採取立意抽樣選取受訪者，從參與大學校院室內設計系學生校外實習的業者探討業界對於實習生的能力需求。研究結論包括學生至少應在完成大二的課程再到業界實習，業界認為學生在實習前應具備空間平面規劃及使用AutoCAD 快速繪製圖面的專業能力。學校除專業知能教學外，應注意培養學生對於室內設計行業的興趣與熱忱，並協助學生養成良好的學習工作態度與配合度。

Interior design and decoration is a discipline with a considerable degree of practical threshold in theoretical knowledge and engineering technology. Most students have problems about lacking of depth and accumulated experiences in their learning. Many interior design personnel also reflect university graduates cannot get started immediately in practice. All interior design departments require students complete off-campus internship program for professional practice before their graduation to solve these problems. In this study, the method of semi-structured interview is adopted and respondents are selected by purposive sampling to explore the required capabilities of internship students. Research findings include students should participate off-campus internships after they complete sophomore courses. From the point of view of interior design personnel, students should have the professional capacities of floor planning and drawing graphs quickly by AutoCAD. Besides teaching professional knowledge, faculty should pay attention to students for their interest and enthusiasm in the interior design industry. Developing good working attitude and coordination is also important for students.
