本研究從節能、舒適、美學角度,針對「環境感應式建築立面元件」加以探討,期透過先進的運算設備與自主控制機制,使建築節能、創能、蓄能各方面設計選擇更精進與多樣化,並帶動資通訊與材料技術的大量運用。本研究根據先期研究成果所累積的智慧綠建築設計樣式資料庫及BIM 能耗模擬平台為基礎,進行感應式立面模組構件的設計方案模擬與實作評估,並透過大量文獻與案例的蒐集,對於國內外可動式立面與智慧外層開發趨勢、創新材料應用、台灣地區外遮陽與智慧外層設計基準、感應式立面設計元件、構件雛型實作方法與流程加以歸納整理,並透過實作實驗加以驗證。 本計畫達成目標包含: (1)模組化產品開發方法研究 、(2) 感應式智慧立面元件開發、(3) 自主控制機制模擬與開發、(4)創新材料在建築物立面應用的可行性探討。

英文摘要

This study will focus on developing Responsive Façade (RF) Elements of intelligent buildings in order to fulfill the needs in energy-saving, human comfort and aesthetics. In this study, we try to introduce state-of-the-art computing devices and autonomous mechanism in order to improve the energy-saving, energy-production and energy storage in building environments, and also improve the prevalence of ICT technology and application of innovative materials. Based on the outcome of preliminary review on smart-green patterns, and the framework of BIM, the energy analysis tool, this project will focus on the development of responsive façade modules, especially kinetic modules with innovative autonomous control mechanism. Using the method of literature review, design simulation and implementation of design alternatives, the project goals achieved are: (1) Development process of Modulus products; (2) Responsive façade element implementation; (3) Autonomous control mechanism testing and development; (4) The validity of innovative materials utilized in responsive building facade.
