目前國內外有許多資訊安全相關研究，以往研究都圍繞於資訊安全之政策及規範，鮮少以資訊安全觀點出發討論人們行為或心態於使用意圖的影響。本研究期望能夠透過修正後科技持續理論之架構，解釋及預測資訊系統接受和持續使用行為，並透過加入認知風險與信任探討醫師之心理層面，以達到正確評估影響的關鍵因素。研究結果發現醫師的認知風險會負向影響醫師的信任，並透過信任以直接或間接的方式影響醫師的持續使用意圖。

There are many security-related research, and previous studies have around in policy and regulatory information, information viewpoint rarely discussed in people's behavior or attitude for the intended use of impact. In this study expect to through the amended Technology Continuance Theory to explain and predict information systems acceptance and continued use behavior, and to explore the psychological physicians through the added perceived risk and trust, in order to achieve the correct assessment of the impact of key factors. The results show that physician's perceived risk would negatively affect the physician's trust, and through the trust directly or indirectly affect the continued use of the physician's intent.
