創新創業教育成為政府高等教育的重要議題,政府積極引導大學發展校園創新創業生態環境與各項教學、輔導措施,並成立推動創新創業教育相關計畫、組織或單位。然而創業教育風靡各校,但是這類新設立的創業教育組織不易契合於大學的制度,因而有著缺乏資源與正當性困境。故此,欲探究大專校院內之創業教育計畫組織,如何在現行組織制度與結構之資源分配與結構限制下,取得存在的正當性。本研究採取質性個案研究方法,以組織結構與制度完整之某國立科技大學創業教育新設組織(P實驗室)為研究對象。研究發現個案對象以彈性的策略回應,回應制度壓力的挑戰,並與大學制度相互影響與改變。 |
英文摘要 |
Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important issue for government higher education and is actively guiding development. However, such newly established organizations are not easy to fit into the university system because of the lack of resources and legitimacy. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the legitimacy of the Entrepreneurship Education Program organization in college campuses under the constraints of resource allocation and structure of the current organizational system and structure. The study found that the case responded with a flexible strategy and responded to the challenge of institutional pressure and interacted and changed with the system. |
