在科技發展日新月異的時代下,隨著人工智慧,機器視覺等新興技術逐漸成熟。以無人零售為代表的新零售開始受到關注。台灣傳統零售市場趨於飽和,各方面發展及服務皆可滿足消費者需求,而智慧化的服務為一創新概念,不僅改變傳統經營模式,更可藉由導入電子技術、通訊科技、資訊產品等科技應用,更加了解消費者購物型態及喜好並且提供消費者全新的購物經驗。本研究以「X-STORE智慧型無人商店」為研究雛形,透過科技接受模型分析結果顯示消費者對於複合式無人商店為正向接受度,透過問卷分析法進一步探討無人商店及複合式無人商店對複合式無人商店之間相關性,研究結果顯示無人商店相較複合式商店有較大影響力,而複合式服務又以「咖啡廳」、「餐廳」及「藥妝店」較受消費者喜愛。 |
英文摘要 |
At the present time, the new technologies concerning artificial intelligence and machine vision have gradually matured. In addition, the new retail represented by unrepresented retailers has begun to approach users' interestings. The Taiwan traditional retail market has become saturated, and all aspects of development and services can satisfy consumption. The users' needs, and the intelligent service is an innovation that is not only changing the traditional business model, but also introducing the electronic technology, the communications technology, the informatve product, and other technology applications to approach consumers' shopping patterns and preferences and provide consumers with a brand new shopping experiences. The research aims to investigate "X-STORE Smart Self-Service Store". Trough conduct the results of the model acceptance analysis by technology, the results show that the consumers were positively accepting the compound unmanned store. Through Questionnaires analysis, the unattended store and compound unmanned store were further explored. The correlation between unmanned stores has shown that uninhabited stores have a strong influence than the composite stores, while composite services are favored by the consumers in terms of "coffee shops, restaurants, and cosmetic shops." |
