為了減緩全球暖化所帶來的威脅,各國發展出無數的減碳策略,其中碳補償在國際上是一項相當重要且知名的策略,且在眾多的領域當中已受到廣泛的研究。本研究以供應商管理存貨(Vendor Managed Inventory,VMI)角度建構一考慮碳補償、不良品及運輸車種容量限制之買賣整合生產存貨模型,並以買賣整合總成本最小化為目標,發展一可求得最適決策變數之演算法。本研究也以數值範例進行模式的應用說明,並分別針對8個重要參數進行敏感度分析,觀察決策變數與最佳聯合總成本之變化。最後,比較本研究所提出之VMI模型與傳統買賣整合模型之優劣。

英文摘要

This paper develops the integrated vendor-buyer inventory model with consideration of carbon offset, defective product, and the constraint of transportation capacity in terms of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). The goal is to minimize the total integrated vendor-buyer cost, and we proposes algorithm to solve the optimal decision variable. This paper also uses numerical examples to perform the sensitivity analysis on 8 important parameters respectively, and observe the variation of decision variables and optimal total integrated cost. Finally we compare VMI model in this paper with traditional integrated vendor-buyer model to analyze the advantage and disadvantage.
