健康城市的發展已經引起了世界各地政府和專家的高度關注。然而，只有關注健康城市的建設和發展是不夠的，同時需要關注其永續性，包括社會、經濟和環境方面的永續發展。城市為是一個動態有生命力的有機體，城市中各類環境與各個環節互相關聯及相互影響。各個城市健康永續發展的進程與成效，各城市之地方政府如何善用及調整分配城市各項資源，而達成城市健康永續發展之經營績效與城市價值。本研究運用永續發展理念及健康城市相關研究，擬定永續健康城市評量指標體系，其架構分為環境、社會、經濟等3個層面。在案例研究中，選擇臺北市、新北市、桃園市、臺中市、臺南市、高雄市六都，應用資料包絡分析法，來衡量各城市之永續健康城市環境發展績效，評量過程中所獲取各項指標數值，提供城市經營者做為未來提升健康城市之永續發展策略參考之依據。

This paper integrates the concept of sustainable development to construct an assessment indicator system of sustainable healthy environment for six municipality cities in Taiwan. The six cities include Taipei County, New Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Taichung City, Tainan City, Kaohsiung City. That adopts data envelopment analysis (DEA) as a tool to analyze the efficiency performance of the sustainable healthy city. And based on the efficiency DMU in DEA analysis this research obtains the performance level of the six cities by the performance assessment of the sustainable healthy city. The results show that the calculation of technique efficiency could predict the performance of the sustainable development for the healthy city, it provides another way for the performance assessment of the sustainable healthy city. Moreover, that six cities almost have the good governance performance in aspects of the input and output of city resources relatively.
