隨著無線網路蓬勃發展，隨著網際網路的快速發展，消費者間與企業均已運用線上購物的方式進行各種商業行動。不過，有些國外商品，礙於距離的隔閡以及外地商品不接受寄送海外服務，消費者必須藉由委託代理商或代購者才能進行購買事宜。多數的代購網站僅提供商品的價目查詢與訂購服務。因此我們參閱ASP.NET 4.0與SQL Server 2008資料庫系統等工具書籍，並配合Visual Web Developer 2010 Express Edition開發工具環境，設計將前端操作頁面與後端內部管理結合為同一平台的網頁應用系統。其功能包括「代購網站介面」、「後台管理」、「進銷存分析」、「財務分析」…等，提供業者能迅速掌握商品銷售營運及存貨狀況，提升整體競爭力，達成企業「降低成本」及「增加獲利」的目標。本系統除了基本功能外，另外透過圖表統計提供期間進貨及銷貨分析、存貨週轉分析及獲利分析等銷售狀況。因應國際發展趨勢，為了讓國內企業及國際企業間財務報告之連結，這些資訊均可在目前已完備的系統平台，提供業者明確了解營運資訊及掌握商品狀況，使營運更完善，使業者做出更有利的決策。

The Internet services have become increasingly popular over the past few years with commercial applications. Enterprises need to use e-business activities to enhance their competitiveness and realize the benefits, whereas consumers exploit the adoption of the Internet to buy various commercial products. Sometimes it is difficult to get the products in domestic companies, and consumers need to buy them from foreign markets by buying or sales agents. More and more buying agents provide proper services for their clients' needs by leveraging the power of information technology. However, most these types of websites only sell product items or index price listings as the main elements of customer services. As a consequence, this paper at indexing-price-lists is instead expected to add a more significant role in the sales agent system, and the web application is implemented in Visual Web Developer 2010 with ASP.NET 4.0 using VB and database is developed in SQL Server 2008. Unlike other buying agent sites, the agent sales system not only offers services of regular merchandise items to visitors, but also provides in-depth market analyses, critical sales and customer metrics for insight employees.
