目的:探討氧協同多重菸鹼酸鉻複合物(NBC)與含鉻能量糖(UBE)增補對有氧及無氧運動表現的影響。方法:受試者為12名大專體育科系男性學生(年齡:20.3±2.26歲;BMI:21±1.17kg/m^2),採雙盲、安慰劑控制及平衡次序法進行不同增補處理(NBC、UBE或安慰劑;劑量皆為200微克)各一次(每次間隔1週),增補後15分鐘依序進行原地跑步機之最大有氧運動表現測試,以及原地腳踏車之30秒無氧溫蓋特測驗(Wingatetest)。測驗依變項包含最大攝氧量與運動衰竭時間之有氧運動表現、平均動力輸出與最大動力輸出之無氧運動表現,以及血乳酸。結果:受試者在增補NBC與增補UBE後之最大攝氧量(NBC:5.1%;UBE:5.5%)、延遲衰竭時間(NBC:2.1%;UBE:3.5%)、平均動力輸出(NBC:3.3%;UBE:3.8%)及最大動力輸出(NBC:9.4%;UBE:12%)皆顯著優於安慰劑處理(p<.05),且增補UBE之衰竭時間也顯著優於NBC(p<.05),另外,增補UBE在溫蓋特測驗後之血乳酸濃度顯著高於增補NBC(14.3%)(p<.05)。結論:NBC與UBE增補均能有效改善有氧運動及無氧運動之表現。若單就運動衰竭時間而言,由於UBE內含NBC及碳水化合物等其他成分,所以增補UBE更具有加成之效果。
