在日常運動與工作環境中充滿各種刺激因素,如:失水、過熱、壓力…等。這些非致命的刺激因子,常引起某些特定的生理反應,熱環境失水引起體溫上升、血管阻力升高、心臟負荷增加…等,長時間處在這些反應下是否會影響到心血管系統?除了水分補給之外,身體自身在分子層面,如何針對環境中的這些刺激因子產生因應,是相當值得探究的議題。本文從日常工作與運動的角度切入,探討這些生理現象,包括:高體溫以及脫失水情況下的心臟血管功能、補充水份與熱適應能力、細胞的反應機制,以及脫水與運動表現。並建議外在運動表現不足作為心血管系統有無過荷的指標。
